We understand that when you receive your purchase, sometimes, it just doesn’t look like you thought it would for the space you had in mind.
CHRIS ASPLAND ART offers customers a 7 day return period on original artworks from the time of the purchaser receiving delivery of the artwork should they change their mind once they see the artwork in person.
All that we ask is that the artwork must be repackaged as it was when delivered and to contact Chris Aspland Art at chris@chrisasplandart.com.au with your reason for return, which product you’d like to return, and your order number to arrange for the work to be picked up.
- The cost of return shipping will be covered by the purchaser, the amount will be subtracted from the refund once the artwork has been delivered back to the artist.
- If the artwork is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund.
- Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. These will be covered as part of the insurance attached to the delivery and the purchaser will be covered for any damaged art bought from the Chris Aspland Art website.
Instructions for return
- Repackage the artwork as it was when delivered.
- Contact chris@chrisasplandart.com.au with your reason for return, which product you’d like to return, and your order number to arrange for the work to be picked up.
- We will then provide return instructions and return delivery address. Please do not return your parcel without approval.
- Once you have shipped your return parcel, please send through the tracking link to: chris@chrisasplandart.com.au
- Your order will be refunded once your return is received at our warehouse, and tracking status is ‘delivered’.
